Expressed Luv A store credit or monetary refund, less shipping and handling costs, will be provided per the customer's preference as expressed during the RA request process. In the case that the item returned was purchased as part of a "free shipping" promotion, the actual cost of shipping that item will be deducted from the refunded amount. Return shipping of all items is the responsibility of the purchaser. Exchanges for improper fit of clothing and bras will be coordinated through Expressed Luv's customer service department.
